Once You arrive the wish of having a Sumesauna in Your garden, there are only a few simple steps to take:

1) You indicate Your interest; 2) We clarify the technical and logistical needs and find the best solutions together; 3) We sign a contract; 4) You make the 50% down payment; 5) We produce Your sauna. (Transportation and installation according to our agreement); 6) You pay the other 50%.

Step 2

Technical specifications and co-creation

1) We map out your wishes: finishing materials, type of heater and roof, lighting, etc.
2) We agree on arranging the transportation and installation.
3) We prepare and submit a quote.

Step 3

Signing of the contract

The contract includes a detailed description of the sauna, payment terms, delivery terms, transportation and installation conditions and warranty.

Step 4

Payment

50% after signing the contract.
50% when receiving the sauna.

Step 5

Production, transport and installation

Sauna production takes place in a factory.
You you can pick up the sauna at our factory or you confirm the readiness of the sauna location, after which transportation and installation will take place according to the agreement.

Step 6

Warranty

Sumesauna has a 2-year warranty.

Satisfied customer

You are satisfied with both our product and service and want to recommend us to your friends, acquaintances, neighbors, etc., even after the warranty period is over.
